Facilitator:
Help you develop a vision statement for your company. It
provides the basis for each member to understand what the
organization wants and how their work efforts may fit into
achieving that. A vision also enables appropriate
performance measures to be developed so everyone knows how
they and the rest of the organization are doing. We will
discuss developing objectives and lead your groups in
problem solving by helping them focus and analyze their
problems allowing them to devise a solution and execute a
plan to meet the desired outcome.
Incident Management:
We will guide your management team using the model for best
response taking into account key business drivers and
stakeholder concerns. MARSEC can also facilitate your
drills and exercise requirements.
