Please note that effective Friday, May 1, 2009, pre-enrollments will be available via the pre-enrollment website only. Pre-enrollment is not necessary to enroll for a TWIC card. If you prefer to pre-enroll to save time at the enrollment center, please log on to any computer with internet access and go to the TWIC website at http://twicinformation.tsa.dhs.gov/twicinfo/ and click on the “Pre-Enroll” link on the left side of the page. Questions or account issues relating to TWIC and requests for enrollment appointments can still be serviced via the TWIC Help Desk (1-866-DHS-TWIC).
